1. Introduction These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by Bareilly Printing Press. By placing an order with us, you agree to abide by the terms set forth in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using our services.
2. Services Provided Bareilly Printing Press provides a range of printing services, including but not limited to:
- Offset Printing
- Digital Printing
- Brochures, Flyers, and Pamphlet Printing
- Business Card Printing
- Custom Print Solutions
- Banner and Poster Printing
3. Order Confirmation
- Orders will only be considered confirmed once we receive payment or an approved purchase order, whichever is applicable.
- Any changes to the order must be communicated within 24 hours of confirmation.
4. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are quoted in India Rupees and are subject to change without prior notice.
- Payment must be made before the commencement of printing unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Accepted payment methods include UPI, Cards, EMI, Netbanking, Wallet.
- If an order is canceled or altered after production has started, cancellation or alteration fees may apply.
5. Delivery and Shipping
- Delivery times may vary depending on the complexity of the order, but we aim to fulfill all orders within 5 business days.
- Any delays or unforeseen circumstances that may impact delivery will be communicated promptly.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Bareilly Printing Press is not liable for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
6. Design and Artwork
- Customers must provide artwork or design files in the correct format as outlined by Bareilly Printing Press. Failure to do so may result in additional charges.
- Bareilly Printing Press is not responsible for any errors or discrepancies in the artwork that was approved by the customer before printing.
- Any design work created by Bareilly Printing Press remains the intellectual property of the customer, and files will be delivered upon completion of payment.
7. Quality Assurance
- While Bareilly Printing Press takes great care in ensuring the highest quality standards, we are not liable for color discrepancies, minor defects, or imperfections that do not meet the customer’s expectations, provided these are within industry standards.
- Customers are encouraged to inspect their printed items upon delivery and notify us of any issues within 4 days. After this period, claims will not be accepted.
8. Liability
- Bareilly Printing Press is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our printing services.
- We are not responsible for any errors, omissions, or mistakes made by customers in the order details, design, or instructions.
9. Confidentiality
- Any personal or business information shared with Bareilly Printing Press will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
- We do not share your information with third parties without your consent unless required by law.
10. Termination
- Bareilly Printing Press reserves the right to refuse or terminate any order or service if it is found to be in violation of these Terms and Conditions.
11. Changes to Terms and Conditions
- We reserve the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be posted on our website.
12. Governing Law
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Uttar Pradesh and any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Bareilly.
